The Hotel is perfect for a Family. I am a 15y/o so i will give you my experience of my vacation in the Robinson Club Agadir. I would like to give you information about the following points and i would like to excuse my writing, but my current keyboard has a german layout. Points: -How to get there -Hotel -Room -Food In the end i would like to give a short summary of the trip. In Autumn 2016, my mother, my little brother and me wanted to go somewhere warm and nice because our trip to Dubai has been cancelled due to my father had to work. How we got there: We flew there with Condor. I think the flight took round about 5 hours from Frankfurt. Agadir has a little Airport so the Immigration Control isn´t that big. Whenever an european travels outside of Europe there are more controls than in the eu. So i think we waited round about 1 hour to get the Agreement to stay. Then a bus from TUI waited for us to bring us to the hotel. The ride took about 10 minutes and wasn´t that spectacular. The hotel: As you can see, the ROBINSON CLUB Agadir is a Long property, what makes the Club that interesting. Depending on what Room you want to book, your room will either be near the beach or on the Right side of the property. The Rooms near the beach are wayyyyy better, let me give you more reason why real quick. The walk from the pool to the beach is very long. At night the you can have a Relaxing and Beautiful walk there, but at 30 Degrees Celsius it isn´t that nice. The Rooms near the beach are between the beach and the pool so they are very central. No long walk whereever you wanna go. The Beach is not that good to lay on it because of the strong waves, so the Club build a very chilly beach behind the tiny dune. When you want to go Swimming in the Ocean, i would definitly not recommend it in the autumn to do so. The waves are so freakin big. Once we stood in the surf and the suction was so heavy that we fell in the feet-deep water. The Club has a very cool Soccer and Tennis field. It is fun to go there but around noon it is way to hot to Play. The Lobby is PERFECT. It gives you the moorish vibes and Looks fire if you know what i mean. So does the bar. The Lobby and bar are a cool (cool and climatic cool) place to be. Room: The room was ok, but for my taste a bit too old. I am not sure whether ROBINSON is going or already renovate the room, but in my opinion it would be necessarily. The Food: The lunch is more like a Snack time. There is Pizza and Fries for the Kids but you won´t find tons of meals. The dinner is very very good. Many meals from different cultures and countries. The Restaurant ist near the pool and you sit in different themed Rooms. If you want to go outside you have to chill with all the german grandpa´s who are all Standing in line a half an hour before Opening. Summary: A good hotel which is worth it to visit. FUN FACT: The neighbour (Google Maps: Under the property the huge Thing Right there) is nobody else than the morrocan prince himself. Or at least it is it summer residence, so you if you go to the beach you can´t go left or you will end with a gun between your eyes. Yours, Jiannik

This review is especially for guests who do not speak German and are considering booking this hotel. Before coming to this hotel, I had read some comments about the “German atmosphere” and how some guests felt isolated. Honestly, I thought people were exaggerating. But after our stay, I can say this was absolutely true. My husband and I felt extremely isolated and treated as less important than the German guests because almost all the activities are only in German. Some activity leaders or coaches made the effort to translate into French or Arabic (especially when they were morrocan), but most of the time everything was in German since about 95% of the guests are German. Even the evening shows were only in German. For example, on September 11th, there was a presentation during the evening show introducing the activity team of the week. The presenter did not say a single word in English or French, which I considered very disrespectful for non-German speakers… Another point: although the hotel is located in Morocco(an Arab country) the buffet food descriptions are only in German, French, and English - not in Arabic. I found this frustrating for Moroccan guests who don’t speak a foreign language. Imagine being in your own country and not being able to read the food labels ! Now, to be fair: the hotel itself is very clean, spacious, and the culinary offers are good. They provide plenty of activities for those who love sports and wellness. However, all of this is clearly designed for German guests only. Others are treated as second-class clients. Because of this, I will not return to this Robinson, and I will not book with Robinson anywhere in the world if this is their general approach.

Great but not perfect. Staff were excellent and attentive. Would certainly consider a return trip or to another Robinson resort. Rooms were clean and airy but some ants. Food was outstanding. Hotel overall inc. the pools is really very good. Location is a bit dire. Agadir is full of litter. The beach and ocean were heavily polluted.

The rooms have been recently renovated and present a pleasant appearance, although they lack a Queen Size Bed, offering instead two single beds pushed together. Unfortunately, there have been issues with ants in both the room and on the terrace. Additionally, essential amenities like a water cooker, coffee machine, and stocked fridge are noticeably absent. The overall facility seems a bit dated, and there is a noticeable lack of entertainment compared to previous experiences. The director, Uli, mentioned a new concept for Robinson Agadir, aiming to cater to a broader audience, not solely families. However, this shift has resulted in reduced offerings, such as the limited timing of the Roby Club compared to its previous availability throughout the day. Regarding dining, while breakfast maintains its quality and freshness, the quality of lunch and dinner has notably declined. Meals were often poorly prepared, with tough meat and unexciting, lackluster salads. This discrepancy in food quality was unexpected compared to previous visits before the onset of the pandemic. Service was acceptable, although it required constant reminders for orders and clearing tables due to piling plates. In past stays, the Robis were more accessible, fostering a sense of community and interaction among guests, which seems to have diminished according to Uli's remarks about the club's inability to cater to the influx of guests. Entertainment offerings were lackluster, particularly evident during rainy days. The provision of only two table tennis tables and one kicker was insufficient for engaging guests, especially younger children. The indoor pool was too small to cater to families, lacking additional amenities like slides or loaner toys for kids. This resort might cater well to an older demographic, but for younger individuals, it could become monotonous. Families and especially younger children have limited options, with a lack of amenities such as a pool slide or available toys for borrowing, potentially leading to boredom during their stay. In addition to the mentioned concerns, we would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to some outstanding individuals who made our stay memorable. Toufik, the Front Office Manager, consistently greeted us with a warm smile and was readily available whenever needed. His dedication to guest satisfaction was commendable. Our appreciation also goes to Toufik, the head of The Le Taj Restaurant, who demonstrated exceptional availability and attentiveness. He actively listened to our concerns and strived to fulfill almost every request, contributing significantly to our positive experience. Furthermore, we want to acknowledge Ali and Khadouja from the service team for their exceptional care and attention to the guests, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay. Special thanks to Abdallah and Rachid from the Bar for their excellent service in preparing delightful fruit cocktails, adding a refreshing touch to our visit. Their efforts and skills significantly enhanced our overall experience at the resort. Additionally, our heartfelt appreciation extends to Mohammad and Tarik from the Robys Club for their patience and dedication in managing the children, even in the face of challenging behavior from some of them. Their patience and commitment made a significant difference in ensuring a positive experience for all. Finally, a special thank you to the exceptional team of the shuttle service - Bachir, Omar, Hichem, and Ribu. Their attentive care and service were truly remarkable and greatly contributed to our overall enjoyment during our stay. Their efforts in ensuring our comfort did not go unnoticed and are highly appreciated.

The perfect family vacation at the Robinson's resort in Agadir. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. The location: is absolutely perfect! Away from the hustle and bustle of the city but still not far from all the landmarks, restaurants, gardens and shops of agadir bay. This resort is like an oasis in the middle of a dessert. Once you step inside there are tons of palm trees...it's very green and beautiful. The all inclusive resort offers: The amenities: include adult AND family pools, kids club, tennis court, football field, pingpong tables, fitness center with cardio AND weight room plus a beautiful majestic spa. We used all of the amenities while here. Its perfect for families because it has a bit of everything no matter what age. The food: is super good! You get 3 meals a day in the all inclusive offer, 4 to 5 types of cuisines in the breakfasts buffets renewed everyday. Lunch and dinner are different though since they presented a myriad of cuisines from all around the world. The resort offers themed days where they organize everyday; different themes that includes cuisine/drinks and a show/party related to a specific country chosen by the hotel. At our stay, the first day was a moroccan themed buffet party, where everyone wore traditional clothing and witnessed a beautiful show presenting a variety of artists ranging from; a berber orchestra with its dancers,an elegant belly dancer, to a HMADAMOUS acrobatic show and a snake charmer. The whole thing ended with a DJ party which we were too tired to witness. The only remark that is related to the restaurant is the excess presence of mosquitos in the breakfast/dinner space when sitting in the terrace. The rooms: do not disappoint. We stayed in the room 1015. The layout is spacious and the room itself is gorgeous! Great location for a family because it's next to kid's club and family pool. The beach was outside the lunch area where you're offered with spacious and comfortable areas with nooks and hammocks, the beach itself is semi private, it is a very safe space especially for kids as it has no currents and you cant easily reach the part where water levels become dangerous. I dont really want to forget mentioning how clean this resort is. It definitely has elevated my standards. My fav part: THE SERVICE! They deserve a 10/10! Top Notch Service! The absolute BEST! All staff members have been SO nice, cheerful, considerate, helpful and make you feel like royalty. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

Very very friendly service personal, no matter if at the reception, in the restaurant, at the bar or during the sports activities. Amazing club with a beautiful „jardin“ and a wonderful view on the club while sitting at „cafe maure“ enjoying the sun downer. Great weather in February and March with many hours of sun and no rain. Well equipped gym with high skilled fitness trainer. The SPA area is fantastic, a perfect place to relax and calm down. The night Program is never boring and one could dance every night. Especially the warm welcoming from the maroccians has to be highlighted and will be remembered by me for a long time.
