As a loyal customer for many years, I was deeply shocked by the reception I recently received at La Villa Blanche Agadir. Upon arrival, a security guard verbally abused me regarding a supposed dress code that is nowhere mentioned. I was wearing Massimo Dutti sandals, perfectly elegant and appropriate for a hotel—not a Michelin-starred restaurant. These were serious and inappropriate remarks, made without any respect or consideration for the fact that I am a regular customer. The establishment has clearly declined in terms of customer service and professionalism compared to previous years. I strongly advise against staying there today, not because of the location itself, but because of the attitude of its staff. A place can be chic, but without respect for its customers, it loses all value.

My experience at Villa Blanche in Agadir was not satisfactory. I found the atmosphere very closed off, geared primarily towards a specific clientele (French), which made me feel uncomfortable. The value for money is poor: it's far too expensive for what's offered.
