DO NOT BOOK! They make false reviews in other names. They made a fake review in my name saying we booked again and were super happy with our stay.. We booked this months in advance to secure our stay. They Cancelled our stay same day and blamed it to be newly painted. Not a serious booking. Would not recommend! Edit: the respone they give is all lies. DO NOT BOOK/SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS

They overbooked us and then canceled our booking. They said the reason was thag they were painting the rooms but it seems from the comments here that this is a common exuse from them. Please do not book this hotel!

We rebooked with Mr. Khaled, and he gave us a warm welcome and apologized for not being able to receive us the previous time because they were painting the stairs. He accompanied us on a tour to explore the city of Essaouira and its historical landmarks. He is a very nice young man, and the riad is beautiful, decorated with traditional Moroccan motifs. I recommend visiting it. Thank you, Khalid, for everything ❤

A lovely place to stay. Had an amazing trip in essaouira and Khalid is a lovely host. The location is ideal for tourists and the price is extremely reasonable compared to other properties in the city. Merci beaucoup Khalid !
