The "Riad Al Manara" is almost brand new. It has been lovingly restored. During our conversation with the owner, we were shown photos of what the riad looked like before, as a ruin. It's impressive what it has become. Overall, it's not particularly imposing in terms of decorations and patterns. It's rather simple. The owner is very friendly and happy to answer questions. She also gave us some good restaurant recommendations. The rooms were clean and tidy. One minor drawback is that there are only windows facing the courtyard. The room gets quite steamy, especially after showering.
