Friendly, welcoming staff who go out of their way to ensure a truly successful holiday! A real treat... And all in a unique, culturally rich setting. Always pleasant encounters, and I haven't even mentioned the unforgettable breakfast on the sunny terrace overlooking the ocean.

Another stay at the Riad with friends. Always a pleasant experience, perfect rooms, lovely staff, and the manager Hayat is fantastic.

Ryad Watier is the best place to stay in Essaouria. The manager Hayat greeted us at the door when we arrived, and she provided us with warmth, friendship and knowledge through our 3 night stay, and made our wedding anniversary celebration special. Hayat is what makes this ryad extra special - she is amazing. Our room was quiet, comfortable, roomy and beautifully appointed. Breakfast was included and it was delicious! Fresh fruit, breads, homemade jams Hayat makes herself, yogurt, fresh coffee and tea, and eggs if you want. The owner is French and most of the furnishing are his personal belongings. The ryad is centrally located in the Medina to everything you will see and do - the souks, the ocean promenade, restaurants, etc. Wish we could have stayed longer.

I found this riad almost by chance and I couldn't be happier. The best end to my stay in Marocco. The design of the riad, cleanliness, attention to details (from the original room books to the shower gel quality and deco) and the cozyness of the room were upon my expectations. Thanks Hayat and Gabriel for making this stay a great one.

Fantastic rooms and setting, theres a cute kitty to greet you when entering & leaving. Very nice breakfast aswell. Only thing i didnt like was the receptionist/manager lady was not pleasent dealing with me in an aggressive manner
