A very beautiful residence. Undoubtedly one of the most beautiful residences in Mohammedia. Close to the city center and Mohammedia Park, as well as the ocean—just across the street. The waterfront promenade has been renovated and now features tennis courts, volleyball courts, a soccer field, a children's playground, a small skatepark, and more.
