Luxury apartment near the sea The sea is ideal for surfing.
Here at L’escale Suites it’s an amazing place to visit based on my experience with a 5-Star 10/10 visit the hotel has a great view of the pool or the city of Mohammedia, it’s a family-friendly hotel with a swimming pool for kids and parents, if needed Coach Yassin who have been really kind to offer to coach kids how to swim in the large pool for no absolute cost and that’s what makes it special in there interaction with their guests. The reception is friendly and the price is affordable as the rooms are massive and clean. You have a kitchen in the room if you feel like cooking and the room is secured with door locks and a safe installed. I hope to return back to L’escale in the future.😃
very bad experience poor check in no body to help you in carrying your luggage in the room the big surprise no soap no shampoo no shower gel even no towels I came from long time traveling I need to take shower.. when talked to the receptionist he said ( you have to bring your own) !!!!!!!!!!!! Never come back again
Mixed review!! The good points: Friendly staff. The quiet pool. The location is close to everything. The bad points: An unexpected tax. We had a booking through Booking.com for €209 including taxes... upon arrival, we were told it was €245 without any explanation (plus additional taxes). Very poorly insulated, very noisy. Avoid if you want to sleep in or go to bed early. One bowl, one spoon, no forks for a 3-person apartment. Some things need improvement. Bathroom handle broken (we almost got stuck). The toilet isn't fixed. Very poor soundproofing (we could hear everything happening above us).
Worst experience, lack of professionalism and competence. The reception practically didn't even speak English. We asked for an apartment for four people, but they gave us a one-bedroom apartment with a sofa bed, but there weren't enough towels. We had to beg them for sheets and towels.
Rawan's new screen.
Disaster!!!!!! Terrible. They do little to nothing about complaints!!!! I reported these defects to both the accommodation and Booking from day 1. I gave them the opportunity to rectify them. Little to nothing was done about this. The staff were friendly, but hid behind the fact that they are not responsible. They also indicated that the person responsible was on vacation. This was when I said that it is scandalous that there is no point of contact. After day 4 of our stay (when I threatened to publish the photos via social media), I received a number for an alleged 'manager'. He arranged (by phone) for us to be given a different room for the last 1.5/2 days, in which the air conditioning in the sitting room gave the same error (ER) and did not work. In this room, too, we had to nag multiple times for sheets and towels. We only received them towards the evening. The same manager indicated that he might offer financial compensation, but stated that the director was unreachable because his wife had to go give birth in another city. - washing machine broken - air conditioning off and cause of power outage - living room air conditioning broken - little kitchenware to cook at all and non-stick coating missing from frying pan - nagging for towels - dirty sheets - broken pool ladder - defective pool shower - door lock broken - shower door won't close - bedroom TV not working - hob legend illegible
Mixed feelings about this hotel. The family room wasn't very clean. The appliance was faulty. I was disappointed with it. The only redeeming feature was the view from the 5th floor, which was beautiful. I wouldn't recommend it for families with young children as the balcony has only a transparent window, which isn't very safe.
