What people mention
A very bad experience at this pharmacy. They refused to pay by card for a purchase under 100 DH, even though the store has a card reader. To my knowledge, imposing a minimum purchase amount is contrary to consumer protection regulations in Morocco. When I pointed this out, the cashier replied, "Everyone is free to do as they please." A rather surprising and unprofessional response. In a pharmacy—where customers may need to buy medication quickly and urgently without necessarily having cash on them—this type of practice and attitude is particularly regrettable. I do not recommend this establishment.
Disrespectful saleswomen... one of the two started insulting me, saying things like "9elet htiram" (I'm going to insult you) and why? Because I speak French... truly shameful.
I'm only giving one star so I can post this review; otherwise, it doesn't even deserve that one. I am very disappointed with the behavior of the staff at Marjane Pharmacy Mohammedia (Dr. Mouna Touzani). I came today to request a refund or exchange for a medication that wasn't suitable for my mother. The first saleswoman didn't even let me explain my situation. Worse still, another saleswoman, named Wafa, started insulting me, saying things like, "3tiha flousha tmchi f7alha," "9ellet trbya," and "bnadem kif dayr," simply because I was speaking French. This is unacceptable, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional behavior. When you read the reviews on Google, you see that this isn't an isolated incident. There is clearly a problem with some of the saleswomen at this pharmacy.
The staff are very rude and disrespectful. You get the impression you're bothering them; they prefer to chat amongst themselves or on the phone rather than help customers.
It's not legal to refuse payment of less than 100 dirhams, especially when it's for medication a patient needs. This has become a shop, not a pharmacy. Shame on you!
The service was deplorable. The saleswomen refused to accept card payments under 100 dirhams. So, if you're in an emergency and only have a card, you're forced to spend at least 100 dirhams. It's a disgrace for a service that claims to be medical. Furthermore, one of the saleswomen commented, "We have the right to do what we want." This goes against the country's direction towards digitalization and easier payment methods.
Very knowledgeable staff and great products
Enjoyed my visit here. Several things to choose from.
