Don't judge a book by its cover. I wanted to give this pharmacy a chance and initially gave it one star, then changed it to five (out of pity?). I'm now retracting that rating. The woman strongly encouraged me to leave a good review, explaining that they were victims of "hogra" (a term used to describe a perceived slight) and that "apparently we're considered arrogant." Despite this, the experience was very disappointing. I inquired about the availability of Ritalin, as I am under medical care for it. The response from the man was condescending and unpleasant: I was told it wasn't available in Morocco, adding that, in any case, abroad, they prefer "upper-class" medications. This judgment was made without any knowledge of my medical history or my personal circumstances (forced withdrawal from SSRIs and a recent family bereavement). The tone was haughty and sorely lacking in professionalism ("You know, I've been doing this job for 30 years"... You're a pharmacist, not a doctor, sir). Furthermore, the prices charged are exorbitant. A word to the wise.
