Oceana Mazagan Suites Hôtel

This was an absolutely amazing experience!!! Everyone was amazing, the staff was kind and courteous. The breakfast was exquisite. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with such great hospitality, they knew my name as soon as I walked thru the door, and as a solo traveler that meant everything to me. The room was clean, and very comfy., the cleaning staff was just absolutely marvelous, they were so kind in accommadaing my needs. Very affordable pricing with such great customer service. Even at the end of my stay, I was offered free coffee and water while I wait on my taxi. The beach, McDonald's and KFC all within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this location for hotel stay.

Avoid at all costs!!!! We do not recommend it. The staff behaved terribly. We booked a suite for three people with a sea view, but upon arrival, the receptionist gave us a different suite, not the one we had reserved. There was a bad smell of damp and cigarette smoke. We complained, and he offered us another suite, still without a sea view. We accepted it, and he asked us to wait half an hour while he cleaned it. We arrived at 2 PM, went to lunch, and after an hour and 45 minutes, we returned to the hotel, only to be asked to wait even longer!!!! We are very dissatisfied with this service... In the end, we changed hotels.

Avoid at all costs! The staff is unpleasant and demanded extra charges despite our booking being made through Booking.com. We rented two suites for three people, and an hour after payment, they demanded more money! And the breakfast is awful—don't even think about drinking their orange juice… On top of that, they called us after our review to insult us. I still have the messages, and the problem isn't the money… it's that they treat customers like fools! If that were the case, they should have told us before the first payment, not an hour after the initial payment! You insulted us by phone and voicemail! This isn't going to stay. You are a disgrace to this hotel!

A very bad experience. The rooms had a very strong musty smell, and the breakfast was absolutely terrible, especially considering the high price... I suggest you check out your neighbors like the IBIS or MIA.

Clean accommodation. No experience with the breakfast. Consider offering a buffet to encourage regular attendance.
