A very bad experience at this salon. I had a gel manicure done, and unfortunately, the quality of the work was very disappointing: the polish started chipping the very same day. The service was rushed. The technician wanted to do my manicure while simultaneously attending to another client who was getting her hair colored. I clearly told her that if she didn't have enough time for me, it would be better not to start and that I was ready to leave the salon, as I had other commitments. Despite this, she chose to rush the service, resulting in a sloppy job and a finish that is absolutely not up to the expectations for gel polish. Furthermore, the price of the service is excessive considering the quality of the service provided and the result obtained. For this price, one expects a minimum of care, professionalism, and above all, a service that lasts more than a day. I mostly felt that the priority was to rush through clients and collect payments, rather than giving each one the time and attention needed to provide quality work. I'm really disappointed with this experience and I don't recommend this salon.
