I had an appointment (hammam, massage) but at the scheduled time, no one answered the phone or messages. If I had other important commitments after this appointment, I would have wasted my time for nothing. This is unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for clients' time. Very disappointed 👎🏻

I've been a client of this spa since 2022. Honestly, the Balkiss spa is truly magnificent. Their hammam is excellent, and the welcome is warm. The way she spoke really impressed me; she also introduced me to Kawtar, the hairdresser and beautician. He too is very professional and truly excellent at his work. Frankly, there's nothing to say ❤️❤️ mashallah. I highly recommend it.

I am surprised by your response as it contains several inaccuracies. First, when did I say I was very satisfied with the services? That's false. I remained polite during the appointment, but that doesn't mean I was satisfied with the quality of the services. Second, regarding the 300 DH royal hammam, you state that it included all treatments. However, you neglect to mention that you didn't even have an exfoliating glove. You then offered me a 150 DH service, but since there was no glove included, you offered me the royal hammam because it did include one. This means that the glove was indirectly charged to me at 150 DH, which is completely excessive. Finally, let's talk about hygiene. Upon leaving the hammam, I noticed that the towel I had used hadn't been washed. I simply saw it hanging outside on the drying rack to dry before being reused by another customer. What is the point of drying a towel I've already used? For an establishment that presents itself as a spa, this lack of hygiene is unacceptable. I therefore stand by my opinion. It reflects my actual experience and feelings. I have no reason to fabricate events, unlike some elements of your response that don't correspond to what I experienced. I don't need to reconsider my comment as you're asking me to.
