Had a wonderful birthday spa day at Moment de Plaisir. Hamam with Saïdia followed by massage with Bahia (sp?), Biab manicure, and haircut and style, all wonderful. They even brought me a slice of cake with a candle and sang Happy Birthday! Highly recommend.💕 …

I’ve done my nails here 3 times before and was satisfied — but only with Ellen, the only technician who does quality work. Unfortunately, this time was a disaster. I had an appointment at 18:30, arrived early at 17:30, and still waited until 19:30 to be taken in. We didn’t finish until after 21h, just for a manicure and pedicure. The manicure was poorly done, and worse — when I politely messaged to raise concerns (manual removal was painful, the result was not clean), I was met with a cold reply: “No product. It’ll be manual again. You’ll pay for manicure and pedicure. Two coats only.” No apology. No gesture. No professionalism. Customer service is clearly not a priority here. Unless you specifically book with Ellen and are okay with waiting an hour past your appointment, I don’t recommend it. I won’t be returning.(btw those are pictures of a manicure done 2 days ago)

I had a fantastic experience at Instant de plaisir salon! The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. The spa treatment was absolutely wonderful—Bahia truly has magical hands! I also really appreciated the owner’s recommendations; they were spot-on and made my visit even better. Looking forward to coming back soon!

This is the second time i go to Instant de plaisir spa, and it's only getting better. This time i opted for the royal hammam and the experience was so relaxing it helpede get rid of the stress i've been carrying on my shoulders for days. Sanaa is a wonderful person with magical hands, i never wish to leave the hammam. Today the client before me was 30min late, and the staff offered to provide a service for free as a compensation for the time i would be waiting. This kind of service is VERY rare to find. This spa is a GEM.
