I went for a royal hammam and honestly, it was such a great experience! The woman who did my hammam was super nice and welcoming. They provided me with a brand-new bathrobe and a clean towel, which was such a nice touch. Privacy was actually my biggest concern because I knew there were male staff members, but I felt completely protected and comfortable throughout the whole experience. Everything was handled very professionally, and I never felt uncomfortable or exposed, which I really appreciated. The massage was amazing, it was so relaxing that I almost fell asleep! I also got my nails done, and the nail technician was incredibly patient, friendly, and attentive. The service overall was excellent, and the tea was great too. I had such a lovely and relaxing time. I’m definitely making this a routine now! ❤️

Good treatment

Avoid at all costs. A truly deplorable experience. The worst part was the reception: the manager was very unpleasant, rude, and completely disrespectful to the customers.
