Excellent cakes, delicious and beautifully presented. The prices are a bit high, but the quality is definitely there.

I don't think it's right that they can't give you a price over the phone when you order a cake, especially with the general price increases. You really have to insist to get an estimate. Once I arrived on the day I ordered, the cake cost 80 dirhams more than the price range I'd been given over the phone. I didn't have enough cash to pay the difference. Naturally, in this confusing situation, the least they could do is have a card payment terminal, which Mirgon still doesn't have. When I asked the saleswoman for an explanation—why such a big difference from the estimate and why they don't have a card machine when they can't even give their customers a price in advance—she replied that when a customer orders a cake for X people, they make it for the next number up... "What, they didn't tell you that on the phone?" Honestly, I wasn't expecting that response... I had to leave with a different cake, made the day before—which fit within the cash I had—instead of leaving with my pre-ordered cake, prepared that very day. It was a really frustrating experience.

The cakes are good, nothing extraordinary, but the prices are excessive. The shop itself is uninviting: a dusty storefront, a dark and outdated interior, cheap packaging, and no bags or spoons. A shame for such a long-established and reputable business. One would expect more care and a more refined atmosphere.
