Excellent bakery and pastry shop. We had coffee there with a trompe-l'oeil display. Then we returned for pastries for breakfast as a family. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and the quality of the pastries and viennoiseries was excellent. I highly recommend this lovely place.

Not much choice, not organized

The cheese cake is amazing, unfortunately it's always sold out.

Excellent bakery! It far surpasses some French bakeries. This is the first time I've eaten such good pastries outside of France. If you want to rediscover the taste of old-fashioned French bakeries, with real flakiness, a hint of butter, and generous pastries, you've come to the right place. A true gem, I highly recommend it!

Great ticket system implemented, perhaps following some feedback!! Thank you for your responsiveness! Special mention to the almond croissants, they were amazing!! Extremely disappointed with the organization and the service!! They let other people go ahead of you... and when you ask them to respect the queue, the employees ignore you and continue serving others!! By the way, there isn't a queue... It would be more professional to supervise your employees... even the boss put some customers' bags at the back and let others go ahead of us!! Same story at the checkout, and it's been like this for weeks!! I won't be going back!! It's a shame the owner is less present than when the shop first opened!! They could even just implement a ticket system like everywhere else!!

The staff is truly appalling. Apart from the usual Black woman, today a plus-size woman was incredibly rude… not to mention the stubborn and arrogant saleswomen! Please note, I love your bakery next door for its delicious croissants, bread, and everything else. But if the staff continues to be unpleasant and haughty, I'll have to go back to Cherif's in Gueliz every morning. However, I must say that the products they offer are very good.
