Always late. You book a 3 pm appointment for a blow-dry, you arrive and wait an hour without any apology, even though they insisted you arrive at 3 pm without delay. This isn't the first time this salon has stood you up and left you on the sofa without any explanation. Othmane is a fantastic hairdresser, but the staff is very rude and abusive. Unfortunately, the setting is nice, but you need to review your scheduling and stop giving appointments you don't respect, leaving people to waste their time for nothing. P.S.: Ask your staff to at least be smiling and kind. I definitely do not recommend this salon, and I repeat, this isn't the first time! It's always the same thing.
