A very bad experience at this salon. I went expecting a professional establishment, but I was truly disappointed. The advertised prices don't always match those in the catalog: I was charged more for services or products I never requested or agreed to. I was told a product had been added, even though I never gave my consent, and that the owner didn't really have time to update the prices on the sign, especially since I contacted them two weeks later on Instagram to find out the price. They sent me a price list that I wasn't charged for. In addition to the lack of transparency regarding pricing, the quality of the service is far from satisfactory. The 100 dirham semi-permanent manicure was botched, and I asked for the exact same color for my hands and feet: I left with two completely different colors (pale purple on my feet and pale pink on my hands). It was almost 8 pm, so it was impossible to get the problem fixed on the spot. I find it regrettable that they take their customers for granted and don't respect their requests or the advertised prices. I won't be returning and I don't recommend this salon.

Friendly staff but terrible pedicure I was very disappointed; the polish didn't even last half a day, and my heels were exactly the same as when I arrived. I regret getting my pedicure there.
