I absolutely do not recommend this salon! During my blow-dry, the hairdresser burned my forehead with the handle of the brush, leaving a scar that I'm still treating. Despite this, I paid for the service without her showing any concern. Avoid at all costs!

Leaving the hammam, I asked the receptionist for water. She told me she hadn't received the day's water yet, even though it was 2:42 PM and the water should normally be available within the first hour of the hammam's opening. It doesn't make any sense at all.

A disastrous experience. We were treated very poorly, especially by the staff (the receptionist and her assistant), whose behavior was anything but professional. When we made a polite comment, instead of listening, she reacted disdainfully and disrespectfully, snapping at me: "Hibiba, do what you want, leave whatever comment you want." No apology, no self-reflection, only contempt. What should have been a relaxing and soothing experience turned into a stressful and extremely unpleasant one. I will never set foot in this spa again and I strongly advise against this establishment.

I visited this spa twice. The first time was for waxing with Oumeyma, a great experience; she has soft hands and does an excellent job. The second time was for the hammam and massage. The hammam was perfect, the scrub was very well done, I recommend it 1000%. The massage, however, was just acceptable. The girl tried, but she lacks experience. Not a professional massage.

A great discovery today, thanks to my cousin's recommendation. I booked an appointment at Hammam Mbeauty and was immediately impressed upon entering. The place is clean, and the staff are very welcoming. I was greeted by Hajar, the manager, who made me feel comfortable and guided me throughout the entire experience. Then Amina accompanied me to the hammam where she took care of me for over an hour – a truly pleasant experience. She was so kind and gentle. A breakfast tray was waiting for me afterward. I then met Ouda for a waxing session and finished with a blow-dry. You can tell that the client's well-being is paramount, and these women made my experience very enjoyable and took excellent care of me. They deserve a lot of credit, and I wish them all the best for the future. If you want to combine tradition and modernity, you must go to Hammam Mbeauty.
