This was a very bad experience. Their Hydrafacial machine stopped working within the first 5 minutes, which isn't a big deal, so they offered me a treatment with exfoliation that literally lasted less than 30 minutes (including 10 minutes of LED light therapy) under the pretext that I don't have blackheads. I'll never go back.
