I gave the hotel 5 stars because of the two amazing reception staff members. I'll address the other points individually below. Overall, it's not a particularly great value-for-money hotel.

This "hotel" is dilapidated! There's no hygiene whatsoever, the place is damp, and there's visible mold. We reported the condition of the first room and were moved to a second one that was in the same state. We had to flee and cut our stay short, and no refund or compensation was offered. This establishment is shameful; nothing is right. I've truly never seen anything like it!

It's a dump for a 3-star hotel. Upon arrival, the balcony door was open and stray cats were comfortably settled in the bed. I only booked it for the night after arriving at the chaotic airport in the evening, especially since activating a SIM card was incredibly cumbersome. For that price, the room was barely tolerable. The furniture was worn and neglected. The bathroom was very basic but large. There were no towels or shampoo. You need earplugs because of the boisterous Arab neighbors, who were still talking loudly in the hallway at 3 a.m. Overall, not recommended at that price. The area didn't seem safe at night either, as it was completely deserted.

WARNING: The rooms in the photos are completely different from reality. I booked through Booking.com and arrived at midnight, exhausted after a long day. I just wanted to sleep. I paid at reception before asking to see the room, and I was shocked by the room they gave me. Completely exhausted, I canceled the reservation and went to find another hotel.

Disgustingly dirty!!!!! What a mess, I was absolutely appalled. I unpacked my backpack and put my things on the shelf, and afterwards everything was dirty. Outrageous!
