My first and last experience at this so-called beauty center. I booked an appointment for Sunday morning at 10:00 AM for a spa pedicure and a semi-permanent manicure. The appointment time wasn't respected, as the cleaning lady was still cleaning when I arrived at 10:00 AM. I went for a walk. Half an hour later, they were finally able to see me, despite the frosty reception from some of the employees. The pedicure itself went smoothly, but the semi-permanent manicure was a disaster. The drying time was far too short, the application was unprofessional, and it ran everywhere... I'll let you admire the state of my hands a few hours after my visit to L'Alouette Beauty Center. A complete rip-off!
