I had a wonderful experience at Shine Beauty Salon during my vacation trip in Kenitra. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt warm, welcoming, and professional. The entire staff is absolutely amazing—kind, friendly, and always happy to serve customers with genuine care and positive energy. I did my nails many times with Oumaima, and I highly recommend her. She is talented, attentive to details, and her work is consistently beautiful and long-lasting. The owner, Hanane, is also very kind and attentive, which makes the experience even better. They also offer makeup, hair treatments, and everything related to hair and nails. If you’re in Kenitra, call ahead to book an appointment—they are always over booked.

I am writing to share my disappointing experience at this salon i chose this place based on its high ratings, expecting professionalism and quality, but unfortunately, it was a complete failure. ​I didn’t even ask about the prices beforehand; I paid 1,200 [currency] simply because I expected a great result. Instead, the outcome was so poor that I had to go to another salon just to fix their mistakes. I am truly puzzled as to what I actually paid 1,200 for. ​I am attaching a photo to show you the 'copper' color they applied. After only ten days, my hair turned into a muddy, dirty color. When we pay full price without even asking for a discount, the least we expect is a satisfactory result. I am also attaching another photo to show the result of the color removal process, only for it to turn into this messy black/dull tone. I deeply regret trusting the ratings on your page
