Food is quite good even if it's not the same every time like (millefeuille chocolat) every taste differently haha that's the the biggest problem the service and girls working there are terrible and not polite at all had very experiences with them u still talking to order and they go and let u talk like and idiot I took a decision to not go anymore.

Peace, mercy, and blessings of God be upon you. The service was poor from the cashier and the employee who served people, showing a lack of respect for the customer. One star is too much for you.

Extremely poor service Siyda, the cashier at the till, was incredibly arrogant towards customers. You place an order and they practically berate you, even though they're always waiting for you to finish and then tell you to get lost. Unfortunately, there's no choice in Settat but a bakery that's worth the effort. Why would anyone order here? But the customer service is nonexistent! You really need to review your customer service.

This bakery sells delicious pastries, but unfortunately, they hire just about anyone. Some employees don't even know what customer service is. I think the people of Settat are really fed up, but they don't really have any other choice at the moment. As soon as there's another alternative with the same quality and simply good service, we won't even bother going there. Ever since I was born, I've been buying from them, and I've always been disappointed by the quality of service. Even now, I try to avoid buying anything from them just to avoid dealing with staff with such negative energy. I should clarify that I'm not talking about the cashiers. Not at all. Rachida and Youssef are among the best. I'm referring to some of the other employees who prepare the orders.

Best bakeries in Settat

The way they greet customers clearly and profoundly demonstrates a lack of professionalism; unfortunately, I do not recommend this bakery as their welcome is cold and impolite.
