I've visited this café several times, but unfortunately, I have to say that the customer service from one of the waitresses has been disappointing every time. The most striking experience was the day I went in for coffee and tea with someone. I left for a few minutes to run an errand, and when I returned, the waitress had already cleared away the drinks without even checking if we'd finished. When I pointed this out, she replied that "it was empty" and made it clear, indirectly, that I had been sitting too long, as if I were bothering her. This kind of behavior isn't unusual: on every visit, her attitude is unpleasant, she ignores customers, takes too long to take payment, and always seems indifferent to what she's doing. In a café, where people come to enjoy themselves, a minimum of courtesy and professionalism is essential. It's a real shame, because the place has potential. But as long as this kind of attitude persists, it will be difficult to want to return or recommend it. I sincerely hope that management will take this into consideration and do what is necessary to improve the quality of service.
