I’ve been coming to this salon for the past 5 years, and somehow every appointment still feels as exciting as my very first. No matter what stage of life I’m in or what kind of day I’ve had, Ilham, my wonderful nail tech, always finds a way to put a smile on my face. Her kindness, warmth, and genuine care make every visit so much more than just getting my nails done. Not only is she incredibly talented and detail-oriented, but she also creates such a welcoming and comforting atmosphere that keeps me coming back every single time. Every time I'm in Morocco, I stop by Ilham's... she has magic hands and is incredibly gentle ♥️ I always have a wonderful time, and I'm always amazed by how meticulous and perfectionist she is; it's truly an art. I'm completely in love with my nails.

My friend suggested I get a manicure at this salon. What a pleasant surprise! Ihssan did my nails perfectly, truly! I came for a manicure and also got an amazing royal pedicure. Best cleaning 🙏🏼 She suggested a gorgeous cat eye design! She's super professional and very friendly. Yasmine gave us a very warm and super cute welcome and made us feel comfortable. I'll definitely be back to get my nails done here again ❤️

Very disappointed. At first, you're welcomed warmly, but in the end, you leave regretting having gone there. There's a very bitter person there; I think she doesn't like her job. Her attitude is really uncomfortable.

Excellent service, I highly recommend it

I arrived excited to get my hair done, but unfortunately, I left very disappointed. It's the first time a hairdresser has told me she can't do a wavy style on my hair because it's too long and not layered. 😅 The person who did my hair, Fadwa, had a very cold attitude and made me feel uncomfortable throughout the entire appointment. I live in London and I usually get my hair done at Alaa Termos, a very well-known hairdresser who works with celebrities. He's never told me that a wavy style was impossible on my hair, so I had a hard time understanding this excuse. I mostly got the impression that she didn't want to do my hair at all. If she doesn't like doing this type of service or doesn't want to do it, she should just say so clearly rather than making the client feel like she's bothering her. I'll let you compare the photos below, showing the blow-dry I got today and the result I usually get. The difference speaks for itself. Before leaving this review, I contacted them directly to give feedback on my experience, but I haven't received a response.
