Had a great stay at Hamilton Hotel 🏨✨ Everything was on point — clean rooms, good service, and the overall experience was even better than expected. The only issue was the elevator, it really needs to be fixed. Other than that, everything was perfect 👌 Highly recommended!

🚨THIS IS YOUR SIGN DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL🚨 Firstly let's talk about the room and view of our stay, as we had a terrible view, from our balcony, as all we could see was another building infront. Secondly our balcony had a pipe which came from the ac and made it leak everywhere. Next, the room, so everywhere it is moldy and dirty, especially the toilet, the mirror had mold all around it, and there was bits of poo across each part of the bathroom. Furthermore the all floors are dirty, as you walk around, the floor will make your feet go black, due to it not being clean, since its been open. Next, lets talk about the service, the man with glasses as soon as you enter is the most rudest man you will meet, as he will try not to serve you, but if he does he gives you a lot of attitude and no support, like once our towels disappeared from the hotel, and we went to him, and he brushed us off and made it like we were the problem. And we didn't receive them till midnight. So overall this hotel is terrible, I wouldn't even give it a one star, and when you are booking dont book this hotel

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. While the staff at reception were friendly and accommodating, the positives seemed to end there. The room itself was decent, but what really ruined our stay was the dining experience. The food in the restaurant was shockingly bad, especially considering the high prices. For example, we were served frozen pizza and hamburgers that lacked quality, flavor, and freshness. Additionally, the waitstaff was far from professional. Not only did they lack basic hospitality skills, but they also made inappropriate jokes that added to the overall discomfort of the dining experience. In summary, while the reception staff was pleasant and the room met expectations, the poor food quality, overpriced menu, and unprofessional waitstaff made this stay feel like anything but a vacation. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting a quality dining experience or professional service.

The hotel room is not clean and the bed and blanket is too old and dirty. There is no water for drinking in the room. Staff are good and kind. There is no management in the hotel at all. Five Am suddenly someone open the room and when I complain he said sorry I wanted to check the room and I didn’t know the room is occupied . The restaurant stuff are friendly and helpful and specially Mohammed the manegger of the restaurant tired the best.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed , everyone smoke in the lobby, I couldn’t breath as I was suffering from asma, when I said the lobby man he said it is allowed to smoke in the lobby however there was no smoking sign behind him in reception ! . The shower was broken , air conditioner wasn’t working .

Dangerous and scary! Threathened and money demanded from me. We were unfortunate that one of the party fell ill and needed to stay 2 extra days. Our hotel.was booked up and ended here. Baggage man helped us to our room. After as I went out to get medicine, he asked how the sick person was, tried to lock me in a room and demanded cash. I had to push out past and spoke to reception who ignored same. Manager wasn't better but another manager offered upgrade of room and free breakfast. Unfortunate as the sick person could not move rooms we had to stay put. Every time I passed the Baggage man he verbally abused me and threatened me. Security asked me to walk away but did nothing. Next morning we left for another hotel, complained but received no apology or fee for the second night as we could not stay.

location: iDeal in the center, everything within walking distance. enough parking space. the reception: depends on the person at the reception, some are friendly and helpful, some are less friendly and not flexible the rooms: the rooms in the ground floor are spacious. TV, air con and mini fridge and hairdryer. the linen is clean but sometimes doesn't smell fresh. Breakfast: is basic and not special, this is a downside in the hotel, little variety, the service is minimal, you often have to set the tables yourself and provide cutlery, having breakfast outside is definitely worth it, then at least choose what and where you want to eat

Stayed here for four days over the weekend we were happy until we realized that we are not secured we went out and came back only to hear tv playing in our room that’s when we become suspicious only to realize that the door can be open by anyone after they told us only staff can enter rooms even though nothing was missing anyone could have been in our rooms even when we are asleep.
