I went for an appointment even earlier than my scheduled time to my surprise no hairdresser available and he does not even reply to to calls or messages. Very disappointing indeed. Few other customers already waiting for him and the only solution offered is to wait for any reply from him with the other ladies.

I was passing through Kenitra and discovered this salon by chance. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The salon is clean and the staff are friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Rim gave me a truly relaxing experience with a hair wash like I'd never had before. She took her time and massaged my scalp—pure bliss. Afterwards, she gave me a beautiful blow-dry and suggested curtain bangs, which I loved. She is very meticulous, attentive, and extremely professional, which is truly appreciated. Nisrine is just as lovely; she waxed my hair very gently. I highly recommend this salon and I won't hesitate to go back on my next trip to Kenitra. Edit: I went back to get an ombré, and I am absolutely thrilled with the result! It's exactly what I wanted, and even better. The effect is magnificent, very natural, and done with great care. The whole team is lovely, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. A huge thank you in particular to the hairdresser for his patience, invaluable advice, and professionalism. I am truly very satisfied and I recommend this salon without hesitation! ❤️
