The worst salon I've ever been to, without a doubt. Zero respect and zero care. My experience: My cousin and I went to get a blowout. She went first, but the result was practically terrible because they didn't do it properly. Then it was my turn, and although my hair is difficult to manage, the owner started carefully. However, towards the end, she started hurting me a lot. There came a point where I politely asked her to stop because I wanted to leave. At that moment, she got angry and started yelling at me, which led to an argument that escalated to the point where she wanted to hit me. The girl who works with her had to restrain her to prevent the situation from getting worse, and she kicked us out of the salon very rudely, as if we were dogs. We are considering taking action because I believe the treatment we received was completely unacceptable. She said she would call the police, and we told her we had no problem with that, but in the end, she didn't. Furthermore, many of the products she uses seem to be the same ones sold at the flea market. After what happened, I went to one and found several identical products, like a shampoo that cost 30 DH. In conclusion, it was the worst experience I've ever had at a hair salon. Beyond the blow-dry itself, the worst part was the treatment I received and the lack of professionalism. I don't recommend it. And another thing: if it weren't for my mother, this woman would have ended up suing me.
