Despite a very beautiful beauty salon, we were disappointed by the very cold welcome. The girls didn't speak to us and made absolutely no attempt to start a conversation with the client. Even among themselves, there was no real atmosphere. They didn't even ask if we were okay, etc. Moving on to the Hammam: the concept is very nice, but the woman was incredibly icy, no smile... so the atmosphere was nonexistent! They didn't explain what the Hammam process would entail. Now, on to the haircuts for me and my daughter: how can I put it... EXTREMELY shocked by the price: 250 dirhams just to even out my bob!!! No shampoo, no blow-dry, no treatment to justify that price! And they told me that the shampoo I had during the Hammam was included in the price of the haircut 😵 uh, no, actually!! It's part of the Hammam service! And my daughter's haircut cost me 150 dirhams! Seriously, you need to stop with your prices! I'm still shocked! I've been to so many hairdressers and I've never paid that much for just a haircut. It's a real shame because I certainly won't be going back there.

A high-quality salon with excellent services and a caring team dedicated to our well-being. And thank you to the hairdresser who performed the protein smoothing treatment, perfectly matching my desired volume. I highly recommend it!

Ask for the prices before she touches you; the prices are excessive, outrageous! 1800 dirhams for straightening and coloring? That's Mohammedia, not New York. It's highway robbery.

They're very good and kind. They recommend the right products for every hair type. They're also friendly and helpful. I recommend them to everyone.
