Terrible service… A young woman slumped behind the counter. We ordered two breakfasts, and after 30 minutes I asked if we could at least have the drinks and bread rolls. She said no, and that everything would arrive at the same time. What's more, she announced that there wouldn't be two bread rolls as promised, but only one large one. I explained that there were two of us and that it was a shame because she hadn't let me know. She then replied that I should have asked! So now, when we order a meal, we also have to make sure that what we're ordering is available? She started serving us and then told us we'd have to add another table because there wouldn't be enough room? So we're also responsible for setting up the furniture? They really need to improve their service… It's a real shame because the place is cute. One positive point? The only chocolate croissant was very good. Oh yes, also, the menu should have said "3 giant toasts," but we got 3 small slices of bread, one of which had no filling inside, so it was practically just the crust... and also, "2 mini cookies." I don't know if you can call them cookies, but for mini, they were definitely tiny.

The breakfasts are good and well-prepared, the service is very good, I appreciate that they have lactose-free and plant-based milk options, and the coffee is very good as usual. My only comment is that the tables and menus were a little dirty, and it was quite noisy (music was a bit loud, other customers were on their phones making video calls or TikTok videos, etc.).

Very disappointed. We wanted croffles, which were on the menu, but they didn't have any. We ordered crêpes instead. We waited 20 to 30 minutes, and the crêpes were cold! 🙄😠 …

I wanted to leave a very positive review for this coffee shop, which I visit almost every day before work. The place is always clean, pleasant, and the atmosphere is truly welcoming. The products are of very high quality, everything is delicious and beautifully presented. I would especially like to thank Ikram for her excellent service. She is always kind, smiling, friendly, and very professional. She knows how to make customers feel welcome and behaves with great respect and kindness.
