I was very disappointed with the service. I had a BIAB (Bismoldering and Anti-Bio-Based Gel Polish) with a cat-eye effect gel polish on my hands and a gel polish application on my toes, for a total of 410 DH. Unfortunately, the result is nowhere near what I paid: the finish is sloppy, the shape is uneven, and the work is mediocre. I recommend that the beautician review her training in BIAB and manicures to improve the quality of her services. At this price, one clearly expects a much more professional result. Very disappointing.

Absolutely, an impeccable nail salon and helpful staff are signs of quality service and an excellent customer experience.

Worst experience ever, it's been over four months since I had a disastrous break. My nails are still damaged.
