I was told she was a competent and experienced doctor. When I arrived at the clinic at 8:00 AM, I was met by a legion of patients using the building's stairwell as a waiting room, having been waiting for the doctor since 6:00 AM. I wish the doctor had implemented an appointment system; it would have been better.
