⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A clinic that truly deserves its 5 stars! I wanted to share my experience at the ALAOUI International Clinic in Nador, where my mother, who undergoes hemodialysis three times a week, is receiving care during our stay in Morocco. We came to Morocco for our vacation in July 2026. My mother is usually treated in France, in the Paris region. Entrusting the care of an elderly person with multiple health conditions to a doctor abroad is a significant decision, especially when it's your mother. I was very apprehensive about this trip. However, from my first contact with Dr. ALAOUI, I was reassured by his professionalism, availability, and responsiveness. Upon our arrival at the clinic, we received an exemplary welcome. The doctor took the time to thoroughly review the medical file sent by the French clinic. The dialysis sessions were able to begin the very next day, under excellent conditions. The entire healthcare team is remarkable and plentiful. The nurses and assistants are smiling, kind, attentive, and demonstrate genuine empathy. Here, you immediately feel that the patient is the center of attention. You never feel like a number or a customer, but like a person who deserves all the necessary attention, according to my mother's feedback during her dialysis sessions. The doctors are very present in the ward. Unlike some facilities where they are rarely seen, they regularly visit patients, monitor the sessions, answer questions, and remain available at all times. I was also pleasantly surprised by the quality of the equipment. The dialysis machines are identical to those used in French centers. The protocols are rigorous, and the treatments are carried out with great care and gentleness. The clinic is impeccably clean. After each session, the beds are systematically disinfected and the sheets changed. Nothing is left to chance. The premises are impeccably maintained and immediately inspire confidence. The organization is well-oiled. The clinic has two elevators as well as a comprehensive transportation service, comprised of several vehicles and drivers, ensuring transfers between home and the clinic for patients who wish to use it. Upon arrival, patients are immediately seen without unnecessary waiting, and then escorted by a healthcare professional to the waiting room at the end of their appointment before their return. There is ample space; women have a dedicated floor for added privacy, which is especially important for women with catheters. Another highly appreciated feature: the doctors speak several languages, including French and Arabic. Some have received initial training and practiced in French hospitals, which greatly facilitates communication for patients coming from France or elsewhere in Europe. I highly recommend this clinic to patients on vacation or residing in Morocco. Ideally, after your initial consultation with the doctor, ask your usual dialysis center to send your complete medical file directly so that the team at Clinique Internationale ALAOUI can prepare your treatment and ensure continuity of care. This allows you to prepare for dialysis sessions with complete peace of mind and arrive with a file already reviewed by the doctors. Honestly, having experienced several dialysis centers, I can say without hesitation that this clinic is in no way inferior to French centers. I would even say that some establishments in France could learn a thing or two from their organization, their welcoming atmosphere, their availability, and above all, their compassion. A huge thank you to Dr. ALAOUI and the other doctors in the department, as well as his entire team, for their professionalism, their kindness, and the exceptional quality of care provided to my mother.
