Competent Reliable Kind

Appointment management and check-up scheduling need to be reviewed. Patients arrive near the doctor's office as early as 5 a.m. and, in any case, they have to wait outside 2 to 3 hours, until the assistant or the doctor arrives. Patients manage to make a list of names. Doctor Mouna is kind, competent, personable, and gives you enough time for check-ups, discussions& explanations. The chairs inside the office need to be replaced with more comfortable ones asap, as patients sit for hours waiting their turn. PS, payment is in advance.
