Unfortunately, my experience with the reception staff was very disappointing. I returned to the clinic because I had experienced pain after my examination and simply wanted reassurance about my condition. Instead of listening to my complaint or trying to help me, the receptionist immediately told me it had nothing to do with the ear cleaning and informed me that I would have to pay for another consultation before the doctor could even reassess me. I expected a more professional welcome, with attentive listening, respect, and empathy. A patient who returns after an examination to report a new symptom deserves to be heard and taken seriously.
