Excellent experience with Dr. Khalid Azouaghe. A very professional, attentive, and approachable dermatologist. From the first moment, he inspires confidence and takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. The treatment was excellent, and the care was very thorough. I am very satisfied with the consultation and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a good dermatologist.

For common and well-known skin conditions, we had a good experience with him and saw results, so I recommended him to my nephew, who is still seeing him. However, in newer or more complex/persistent cases, it seems to be a different story. My sister also had a very bad experience with him. She was so affected psychologically that she is now unwilling to see any dermatologist in the future. She has a clear and complex problem that is causing her significant suffering, but he didn't understand her condition at all, and his approach was poor. Therefore, my sister and I had a very bad experience with him in this case.

1 star is still too much. I stopped by in the morning and was told I could come at 5:00 PM with my son. I had been there since 4:45 PM, and there were already a few people. At 6:30 PM I was still waiting; I was told there were 9 people ahead of me in line. How is that possible? People come in later and get served. Especially people who seem to know the receptionist personally. The end result: I walked out, because I have never seen anything so crazy. By the way, the waiting room is filthy; a child was standing there spitting up pureed food. Nobody spoke to her. Apparently, that is normal.

I absolutely do not recommend it. It doesn't treat skin problems, only the symptoms. This means it can't provide an accurate diagnosis. And before all that, what's the point of a consultation without a medical report? It's very strange. Everyone has their own experience, but based on personal experience, I don't recommend visiting this clinic. I hope they improve their services in the future.
