Disastrous beauty salon, absolutely no professionalism!

A very beautiful and traditional place

It's 8:22 PM and the hammam is closed; they're not respecting the opening hours! I went at 8 PM last week, and she practically wouldn't let me in! As soon as I was inside, she suffocated me with bleach! Avoid at all costs!

A very disappointing experience at this salon. Visiting Oujda for a friend's wedding, I arrived with my daughter and sister for a blow-dry. The salon was empty, and the hairdresser started with my sister. I briefly stepped away to get a bottle of water, and when I returned, a new client had arrived. When my sister finished, it seemed logical for my daughter to take her place, but, rather unpleasantly, the hairdresser decided to prioritize the new client, claiming she had fine hair. A simple word asking for our opinion would have sufficed, especially since we had a tight schedule organizing the wedding. Fortunately, we found another salon with a welcoming and professional team that made up for this deplorable experience. I absolutely do not recommend this salon.
