Zen Fitness & Spa

A huge thank you to Wiam for her promptness in scheduling my appointments!! And to Nihad for everything related to beauty treatments!! I've never been so well received or so satisfied!! And finally, thank you to Samira for all the hammams!! An incredible team that makes me want to come back to the same place every time.

I had a wonderful experience at Zen Spa. Wafae is absolutely amazing. I had a massage with her, which was incredibly relaxing, and I also had a head spa treatment done by her, which was such a lovely experience. Soukaina did my BIAB nails, and they turned out beautifully. I also highly recommend the spa pedicure — Wafae has such gentle and skilled hands. All in all, a wonderful experience! I’ve been coming here for the past two years during all of my holidays, and I’m always very happy with the service. Highly recommended!

A complete failure! I dyed my hair there and they ruined it. May God punish them! And they're acting all high and mighty, forgetting all the protocol and prestige. If you don't know something, just say you don't know. Because if you're used to being a show-off and people saying "Wow, what is this?", we know what you're doing. We know how the work is done. The equipment is filthy and unsterilized. The girls are nice, but if I don't know something, I say I don't know. You're making money, I'm spending money and waiting for results that satisfy me. Don't comb my hair like you're combing a pig! If you treat your hair like that, I treat mine daily to keep it looking its best and healthiest. May God punish them! I fear God and I don't have time for this. But I swear to God, I will report you and make you pay!

A top-notch club! Zen Fitness & Spa boasts a professional team, a motivating atmosphere, and high-quality equipment. A true space dedicated to sport, well-being, and performance. …

The place is very beautiful and classy, and everyone who works there is professional, especially the Moroccan bath, which is amazing, and the girl named Wafaa at reception is wonderful.

I highly recommend this place; the service and customer service are incredible. The best option in all of Berkane!!!
