This is a centrally located and clean hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is sufficiently tasty, and the rooms are ideal for one or two people.

I made a reservation at Azour Lounge – ONOMO Hotel for 6 people to watch a match. In the email confirmation, there was no mention of a minimum spend of 250 MAD per person.
When I politely explained to the manager that I had already invited my guests and that this condition was never communicated, his response was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was told *If you don’t like this, go to a 5-star hotel*
This attitude was shocking and unacceptable, especially coming from a hotel environment where basic respect and clear communication should be a priority. Guests should be informed of such conditions in advance, not confronted in this manner upon arrival.
Very disappointing experience, mainly due to the lack of professionalism and customer care!!!

I ran a training course in Rabat which required 20 guests to stay at the hotel from various parts of the world - Kenya, Egypt, Pakistan, UK, and Morocco. Everyone was happy with the facilities provided and the rooms were clean and well appointed.

A huge thank you to Hisham the concierge who helped resolve numerous small issues throughout our stay quickly and professionally.

Update:
Service at breakfast is degrading. Too much personnel standing around, talking trying to prevent customer contact.
The "juice" now is only water with sugar and colour. In the past there was real juice. No omelets any more only a big bowl of ugly looking scrambled eggs. The cold meat looks poor.
Well notable is that sometimes old men are entering breakfast room and personnel is nearly running to bring coffee and anything else. What a difference!
I'm sorry how this is going down.
Better less personnel talking and better quality food .

Internet only with registration of private email addresses possible - even in case of business trips - company mail was not accepted.
The man in the reception on 23rd sept 2025 at 03:30 had no paper and said he send the invoice per email - he never did it.
Breakfast is basic. Often with terrible suggar-juice out of the can.
Only good are the omelette that are offered.

As a hospitality professional, I know exactly what a hotel should be. This experience was one of the poorest, and I've been to many hotels before.
I arrived at 4pm, by this time the room should be waaay ready.. I waited 53 minutes to get it, and it wasn't what I asked for. Not even slippers were in the room.. man, not even a spoon to stir the coffee.. I got them after I complained..
Bathroom door won't close, TV doesn't work, no sense of welcome or hospitality what so ever...
Bed wasn't comfortable.. I came to Rabat from Casablanca for work, and after a long day you'd dream of a cozy bed where you can just lay down and get ready for tomorrow..
I honestly had high expectations for this hotel, but now I just wanna check out and leave
(Shout-out to the housekeeping lady who got me the slippers, she was only one that smiled at me since I arrived)
