I made a reservation at Azour Lounge – ONOMO Hotel for 6 people to watch a match. In the email confirmation, there was no mention of a minimum spend of 250 MAD per person.
When I politely explained to the manager that I had already invited my guests and that this condition was never communicated, his response was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was told *If you don’t like this, go to a 5-star hotel*
This attitude was shocking and unacceptable, especially coming from a hotel environment where basic respect and clear communication should be a priority. Guests should be informed of such conditions in advance, not confronted in this manner upon arrival.
Very disappointing experience, mainly due to the lack of professionalism and customer care!!!
