From the pick up from the hotel until arriving back to the hotel the service received was excellent, we had a excellent time at the waterfalls,enjoyed with the monkeys, the boat ride, the lunch was something from another world and got to a point where someone was tired and got a lift back to the top on top of a donkey. Our private tour guide Mohammed was excellent and even kept a 9 year boy busy all the time and answering all the questions from him. This has been a very good bucket list and would recommend Izritour all the time.

We booked the tour for 1 night in the tent in Zagora's desert. The journey was fine, Abdul came to pick us up near the Hotel, we did not have ti think about anything as It was all well organized. We recommend!

Positif point ; The bivouac itself was nice Negatif point ; from Marrakech to Zagora, the driver was not nice at all, he didn't give us any details of the time; or where we will stop ... when we arrived to visit the Kasbah Ait ben Haddou, the guide was aggressive because our bus were late and the first bus arrived 20 min ago. We couldn't stop in the shop we wanted because the guide said we had no time ... but he found time to take us to the shop of his friend of course lol ... his friend in question pushed us to buy scarf to go to the desert, solar cream and suglasses, even if we already have one. I said I don't want to buy because I have mine before coming, they were not happy. After that the same guide brings us to a 4 star restaurant, which was super expensive compare to the others snacks, all the menu were at 150 dh (15 dollars or 15 euros). I said I want to do an other restaurant and he try to deter me to go and he said that the bus were leaving in 10 minutes because the service was quick. Was not true at all because I came back 50 minutes later, the bus left 10 min after me. Last stop, we went to a shop whose the driver knew the owner, was supposed to be 10 min, we spend 40 min ... Arrived in Zagora, we did one hour of chamel, an hour was not bad but 30 minutes would have been enough. Nothing to say about the bivouac in question, the guide Lahcen was very very good, the meal good. The next morning, departure: the bus with the same people from the day before came to pick us up and we were once again separated from the people we spent the evening with. A very bad idea because no one had any connection, it would have been much better to stay with the same people from the bivouac. Same as yesterday, no information on the timetable. First stop, a break in a roadside cafe that just sells ice cream and souvenirs, and other tourist trap things, much more expensive than normal. Then, Ouarzazate to visit the old kasbah of Taourirt, which we decided not to visit with the group, to avoid the fiasco of the day before. The driver was not happy he told us again that the bus was leaving in 30 minutes while we came back 45 minutes later, the bus was getting ready to leave. The people of the kasbah refused to let me go to the toilet because we were not with the group, which he told the driver in Arabic, unfortunately for him I understood it because I speak Arabic (!) then he told us in English that there were no toilets there. I said nothing to avoid making a fuss, but I was not happy. Next stop, a luxury restaurant on the way back, the prices, the same as the day before, and obviously the driver knew the owner very well, not to change lol. He didn't know when we were leaving or what time we would arrive in Marrakech, around 5 p.m. When I booked the excursion, I was told not before 7:30 p.m., which changed our plans... everyone went their own way, without saying goodbye to the others, zero interest in this excursion, waste of time..

Ive contacted Izritour for the 3 days trip to Merzouga and what can I say, it was an absolute blast. From the visits to the Kasba, the first night in Dades, the camel ride, to the night in the bivouacs, everything was great and well organized. The people who received us in both Hotels and the driver were very nice and ready to help at any moment. Thank you Izritour for this great adventure.

I saw a recommendation to use IZRI TOURS MARRAKESH on a Facebook group for travelling in Morocco and this was by far the best thing ever. I contacted Abdul via WhatsApp and he replied almost immediately. I was happily surprised to find out that this company actually organizes group tours, which is a cheaper way for a solo traveller to enjoy the easiness and comfort of joining others on a bus, part of a small group, taking advantage of lower costs rather than have to pay 5 times the price and do private tours (like I had to do in Fès, for instance). I booked a first tour with Izri Tours, 3 days, leaving from Marrakesh to Erg Chebbi in the Sahara desert, passing through Ouarzazate, Aït Ben Haddou, les Gorges de Dadès, les Gorges de toudra and Merzouga. WOW! This was a dream come true. I can recommend to do this same tour, but 4 days, where you stay 2 nights in the Sahara desert in order to fully immerse yourself in the amazing local Amazigh culture and take in the immensely breathtaking scenery of the sand dunes of the Sahara desert. The tour was very well organized, with multiple stops to relieve ourselves, eat, have a Moroccan mint tea en route towards our next destination; accommodations were nice, food was delicious and hospitality at its best, as usual. I liked this tour so much that I decided to remain in Marrakesh and take subsequent tours with Izri Tours again and again. I did a day-trip to Essaouira, named the windy city of Morocco, which is a port city and resort on Morocco’s Atlantic coast. Its medina (old town) is protected by 18th-century seafront ramparts called the Skala de la Kasbah, which were designed by European engineers. I took another day trip to Imlil Valley, a small village in the high Atlas Mountains of Morocco, located at 1,800 metres above sea level. I wish I had booked the Restaurant Fantasia Chez Ali with them as well as since transportation is included in the price per person. I highly recommend to book this Fantasia dinner taking place at the spectacular Chez Ali restaurant, 30 minutes outside of Marrakesh. It is a true Moroccan Nights' experience you will remember forever that transports you to a fantastic world. Under the massive tents and 'Khozamas' in the Marrakesh palm grove, waiters and waitresses dressed in their own tribal costumes also double as entertainers. Music, dance, songs, Belly Dancing and more awaits you. I was highly satisfied with all services provided by Izri Tours. Prices were competitive and more affordable than other companies. I am very happy to join a small group of other travelers for day tours, which made it cheaper, more fun and extremely easy to enjoy the experience. Izri Tours is punctual, efficient, well organized, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. All the staff was fantastic. Most people spoke at least French, Arabic, some Berber or Amazigh dialects, others spoke also English, Spanish, Italian, so communication was not an issue. Many thanks to all the drivers, local guides, who were amazing. If you are heading over to Marrakesh, I strongly recommend you book all your excursions with IZRI TOURS. You will be happy you did.
