My cousin and I booked this hotel for 7 nights. From day one, things were already bad – the room wasn’t ready. They gave us a temporary room and said our actual room would be ready the next day. We accepted it and were given a dark room with a broken bathroom lock and no towels… etc. But we had no choice, so we spent the night there.
In the middle of the night, I woke up and saw someone standing at the door of our room – someone entered our room at 2 AM!!! My cousin was sleeping, and I grabbed my phone, turned on the flashlight, and walked toward the door, saying “hello,” and the guy who entered just said “Housekeeping??” He didn’t even apologize or say anything. Why is housekeeping entering a room at 2 in the morning? Of course, we complained the next day to the girl at the reception, and she said, “That’s NORMAL!!” We said it’s not normal for someone to enter your room at night while you're sleeping. It was a disaster – I was scared to sleep for two nights, thinking someone would come in again…
The room was dirty, and the two of us were only given two towels – no hand towels or bath mats. We had to go and ask for towels ourselves, and every time they would say there weren’t any. One time, an older man at reception told me I had to ask housekeeping directly.
