I highly recommend her; she's a master of her craft. It's me who was lazy to follow up, but now I'll be going back to her.

A very bad experience. The reception staff are disrespectful and have poor communication with patients (even by phone). Unfortunately, the doctor also doesn't seem to pay enough attention or show enough consideration to his patients. I absolutely do not recommend this place!!

I had a terrible experience with this doctor. Appointments are not kept, with frequent delays and no consideration for patients' time. There is no flexibility in case of unforeseen circumstances, and communication is truly poor. It's difficult to get clear information or even a minimal level of attention. I do not recommend him at all.

The office is very well organized and the reception is very friendly. Dr. Benthami is a competent and caring doctor who quickly puts her patients at ease from their first consultation.

Extremely disappointing doctor and staff ❗ I can say she is qualified ! I can say she is not materialistic! BUT she is ill-mannered and inhumane as well as her staff. The disgusting grimace of disgust on her face is just disgusting ❗ I thought, mistakenly, that she would be interested to know and take notes on what's new about my health condition, she took the medical file between two finger and scattered it on her desk,always with that disgusting grimace,and said, this concerns other doctors ❗ So far away from the behavior of other wonderful doctors we are lucky to have in kénitra, I would mention in particular, lallaha dr cardiologist 🌹hanane lachhab,I say Hanane, (Amal would not touch you with the tip of her finger), I mention proudly also dr ORL🌹 Zitouni MashaAllah, education, competence, and humane concern about the patient's health. May Allah SWT protect them and grant them success in this life and in the hereafter. ❗her stuff speak to patients like no one speaks ❗ You feel you are a naughty child, or a criminal going into jail with handcuffs and chains in feet ❗ ❗to get rid of you on the phone, they would say: ok we ask the doctor and call you back ❗ Very disappointing and disgusting experience ❗ People in the medical field, should be taught compassion, mercy, and politeness. They should undergo strict standards of humanity together with scientific knowledge.
