To the Regional Delegate of the Ministry of Health and Social Protection / Administration of Moulay Abdellah Hospital in Mohammedia, I am submitting this complaint to express my strong condemnation of the conditions at the public health facility (Moulay Abdellah Hospital in Mohammedia), where services have fallen far short of basic human and professional standards. During my visit to the hospital for severe back pain to receive a painkiller injection, I was shocked by the disastrous situation in which patients and citizens are treated: Overcrowding and chaos at the entrance: Private security personnel have complete control over entry and exit, with a total lack of any humane organization, favoritism and nepotism prevailing, and priority given to those who pay at the expense of urgent and critical cases. Severe staff shortage: Only two doctors are available to serve a large number of patients, with a complete absence of nurses. Ethical violations and inhumane treatment: A doctor went to the gates and shouted at patients and their companions, in addition to communicating in an inappropriate and provocative manner inside the ward. When I inquired about the nurse responsible for administering the injection, I was subjected to language completely unbecoming of the medical profession. The healthcare system was established to serve citizens and alleviate their suffering, not to exacerbate their psychological and physical pain. We urge you to launch an immediate investigation into these violations and to review the management of private security and the medical and healthcare framework within the hospital to ensure the dignity of patients.

I came to the ER for a genuine emergency, and I was forced to wait for hours just like people who came for an X-ray or a simple consultation. There's no triage, no separate pathways. Life-threatening emergency = follow-up X-ray = normal visit. Everyone's in the same waiting room. The staff is overwhelmed, but the real problem is the organization. When you come to the ER, every minute counts. Here, people's lives are being put at risk. This needs to be urgently reviewed.

Subject: Complaint Regarding the Absence of the Radiology Technician I went to Moulay Abdellah Hospital in Mohammedia today for a medical consultation. Following the doctor's examination, I was asked to have an X-ray. After completing the necessary procedures and paying the required fees, I went to the radiology department. To my surprise, the technician scheduled to perform the examination was absent from 7:00 PM (July 10, 2026). According to information provided to me by the supervisor, this technician left their post before the end of their shift. I find this situation completely unacceptable, especially after having taken the necessary steps and gone to the hospital at the doctor's request. I therefore request that an investigation be carried out regarding this absence and adherence to working hours, so that this type of situation does not recur with patients. Sincerely.
