I've been a loyal customer for a long time, and I was very surprised by the poor service I received today, as well as their refusal to fill out the insurance claim form for a medication I purchased from them and paid for by credit card. My husband simply asked to check my card payment history, but they refused. This isn't the first time, either. I will no longer shop there and I do not recommend them.
