Terrible pharmacy. I am very disappointed with my experience at this pharmacy. I ordered medication and paid for it in advance. The cashier refused to wait 10 minutes for me to pick up my order, even though I was at the clinic next door (Rajaa Clinic). There was no explanation of the medications. Very disappointing service.

Very disappointed with the current staff. The service is nothing like it used to be, especially with the veiled lady who was exceptionally professional, always attentive and eager to help customers. My latest experience was unacceptable with a woman with "blonde" hair: I paid for medication in advance while waiting for my order. I called all afternoon without any answer. When I went to the pharmacy, it was empty, the phone was ringing in front of me, and this woman wasn't answering. When I asked her why, she offered no explanation. In the end, the order still hadn't arrived. A lack of professionalism, communication, and respect for customers. A real shame.

Natural health is given a strong emphasis, with a serious, educational, and reassuring approach. She also provides excellent advice on perinatal care and pregnancy. And as a bonus: a captivating Instagram page that makes natural health accessible to everyone. A true gem!
