I'll say just one thing: don't set foot in that clinic under any circumstances. I mean every word, and I know what I'm talking about.

Disappointing experience at the Temara Polyclinic. The service was mediocre and the care provided lacked professionalism. The consultations did not meet my expectations and the organization was poor. I will not be returning.

This clinic is deplorable on every level. My one-year-old was simply supposed to receive an antibiotic IV, but the procedure turned into a nightmare: four attempts at needle insertion, by four nurses simultaneously, without success. During all this time, I was forbidden from entering the room under the pretext of "protocol," which is unacceptable in such a sensitive situation with a one-year-old crying incessantly! The state of the premises is equally shocking: questionable hygiene, dirty windows, insects everywhere… The nurse even insisted on closing the window (even though it was 32°C and there was no air conditioning), clearly to hide the dirt and insects rather than for the patient's comfort. The most outrageous part: after less than 15 minutes there, I was charged for the four needles (80 DH) that only served to injure my child. I immediately left for another clinic, one that was far more professional and humane. Absolutely avoid this place.

Polyclinique Témara deserves my sincere gratitude for the exemplary care my father received during his TURP. A huge thank you to Dr. Ouhbi for his professionalism, reassuring explanations, and compassionate follow-up. Thanks also to the entire nursing team for their availability, kindness, and attentive care.
