I had a very bad experience with one of the workers, as she treated me rudely even though we always go to her. I will never go back there again.

I'd heard so much about it, but the experience was disastrous. One of the employees treated me with utter disrespect, and then she kicked us out of the shop like we were rags. They have absolutely no manners when it comes to dealing with customers. It's shameful; I'll never go back, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The bakery lost a customer, and God is my witness.

My family had a terrible experience at this bakery. They were waiting to be served first, but the cashier completely ignored them and started serving another customer instead, even though it was obvious they had been waiting. When they politely questioned what had happened, instead of apologizing or trying to resolve the situation, the staff became argumentative and told them to “GET OUT” and as well as treating my little sister with cameras and even to sue her. No customer deserves to be treated with such disrespect. Good customer service starts with acknowledging mistakes and handling complaints professionally, not yelling at customers or asking them to leave. This experience was disappointing and left a very negative impression. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and provides better customer service training to their staff. I would appreciate it if the owner could reach out to me directly to discuss what happened. I hope this is taken seriously so no other customer has to go through the same experience.
