Sadly, I had a really bad experience here. At first, everyone was nice and welcoming, but the experience went downhill once the man working on my hair started working. He spent a lot of time praising his own skills and experience, which honestly made me trust him even more. Unfortunately, the final result was completely different from what I asked for. I specifically asked for a short wolf cut and showed him more than 4 reference pictures. I even googled the style with him and explained clearly that I did NOT want a pixie cut, because these styles are often confused. Despite all of that, he ended up giving me a pixie cut, even shorter than a typical pixie cut When I told him that it wasn't what I had asked for and that it was way too short, instead of acknowledging the issue, he told me: “haka mzyan, rah ch3rk fazg. Aynchf ayban twl.” 🤡 The problem is not whether the haircut looks “good” or not. The problem is that it wasn't the haircut I asked for. showed multiple references and specifically explained what I wanted and what I didn't want. I'm really disappointed because I trusted the stylist based on how confident he was about his abilities, but the result completely ignored the reference and my instructions. I would definitely recommend being very careful and making sure they fully understand the haircut you want before letting them start.

Best salon ever

This salon is not serious at all, the prices are very normal for a beginner salon, and the advertised prices are different from the menu. It states that a cut and blow-dry is 150dh as shown in the photo, but on-site it's 200dh just for a nail polish application, which they say is 60dh. I ended up paying 170dh without being warned beforehand, which is ridiculous.

The worst ever… I went to this salon to get highlights. Before starting, they did a test and told me it was fine. I showed them a picture of the result I wanted, and they confirmed they could do exactly the same thing. From the very beginning, the hairdresser who took care of me was completely unprofessional. He was rude to me, and his attitude was really inappropriate. When it came time to shampoo, he completely soaked me. My clothes were wet, I had dye all over my face and even on my hands. Frankly, it was very unpleasant. And the most shocking thing is the result. In the end, I didn't get highlights at all, just brown dye. Nothing like what I had asked for or the picture I had shown them. When it came time to pay, they asked for a higher price. Yet, the promotion was still displayed on their page. When I pointed it out to them, they told me the promotion no longer applied, even though it was still online. Honestly, it's the worst salon experience I've ever had. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I had a wonderful time at this salon! The welcome was truly warm and the staff immediately put me at ease. A huge thank you to Mriwa for her outstanding work—she works in high definition and the result is simply superb. What I particularly appreciated was the attention to hygiene at every step: everything was clean and thoroughly disinfected. I highly recommend it!
